To make your family's storybooks, we collect what you type into the Crew Builder: first names and nicknames, ages, what people look like in coloring-book terms, catchphrases, favorite activities, and family details like pets and running jokes. We collect the voice recordings your family chooses to make. We collect the email address you give us so we can send you the adventures. That's it.
All information about children is provided by a parent, guardian, or family adult, never collected from the child. It is used for one purpose: making that family's stories and coloring books. Parents can ask us to see, correct, or permanently delete everything we hold about their family at any time by writing to hello@heyadventurecrew.com. Deletion requests are honored completely and promptly.
Every recording your family makes lives in your family's vault, behind your family's passcode. You can play everything, download everything, and keep everything, forever. If you cancel, your recordings remain yours and downloadable. If we ever shut down, we will give every family their files and notice to collect them first.
Recordings and family details are stored with established cloud providers (currently Supabase and Vercel) in private storage that is not publicly listed or searchable. Access links expire. We keep access limited to what's needed to make your books.
